The following terms and conditions with this job offer are fully explained below:
- THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.
- TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.

Greet customers professionally in person and over the phone; assist with service inquiries, appointments, and status updates. Answer incoming calls courteously and efficiently, minimizing hold times and providing accurate information. Collect and update customer and vehicle information; prepare, review, and manage loaner/rental vehicle agreements, including condition and mileage checks. Process all service payments accurately (cash, check, credit card) and post transactions to the appropriate repair orders. Prepare, scan, and file completed Repair Orders (ROs) and warranty claims into the Dealer Management System (DMS) daily. Review ROs for accuracy, ensuring correct labor operations, parts charges, technician time, and supporting documentation.
Track and assist with daily technician labor hours and flag times in the DMS/CDK system. Assist Estimators, Service Advisors, and the Warranty Administrator by gathering and organizing documentation for insurance claims, warranty submissions, and OEM audits. Create and manage purchase orders for sublet/vendor repairs; verify parts receipts and ensure proper billing between Service and Parts Departments. Monitor and maintain accurate records of loaner/rental fleet usage, including damage reporting and coordination of vehicle returns. Reconcile and prepare daily cash deposit packages, ensuring all financial records are complete and accurate. Support internal and external audits by maintaining organized service documentation and assisting with audit preparation. Monitor open repair orders and assist with daily closing procedures to support service department billing and end-of-month deadlines.
Provide administrative support for department reporting, customer follow-ups, special projects, and operational initiatives as assigned. Attend scheduled meetings, department trainings, and company seminars to stay informed of updated policies and best practices. Perform additional administrative tasks and responsibilities as needed to support Service Department operations.
